• All eligible purchases or transactions must be authorized and made by the user within the Campaign period to qualify for the cashback reward.
• This Campaign is open to all registered, verified, and active Maly users. No enrollment is required.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old. Only transactions made in the UAE with the Maly Visa physical cards and/or digital wallets (Google Pay/Samsung Pay) during the Campaign period will be eligible for the cashback.
• Participants will receive 5% cashback on all eligible transactions made with their Maly physical card and/or digital wallets during the Campaign period, with a monthly cap of AED 500.
• The cashback amount will be calculated monthly and credited to the user’s Maly account within 15 days after the end of the Campaign month. For example, if the Campaign starts on February 6, all eligible cashback earned between February 6 and February 28 will be credited between March 1 and March 15, similarly, all eligible cashback earned between March 1 and March 31 will be credited between April 1 and April 15.
• Maly reserves the right to determine the eligibility of transactions for cashback rewards. Reversed, canceled, or disputed transactions, as well as ATM withdrawals and transfers, are not eligible for cashback.
• Maly reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent activities or violating these terms and conditions.
• The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maly reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice and is not responsible for technical issues or interruptions that may affect participation.
• By participating, users agree to Maly’s collection and processing of personal information in line with its Privacy Policy. Users may receive marketing communications but can opt out anytime.If participants have any questions or inquiries regarding the Campaign, they can contact Maly’s online customer support through the app or website.
