Platform

Every layer built and operated in-house.

From the integration edge to the customer's screen. Six layers, one codebase, deployed on-premise or into your own cloud tenancy without a fork.

The stack

Six layers. Take one, or all of them.

The same stack our own engineers design and operate every deployment on — from the API layer to the intelligence engine, reused across every market rather than rebuilt for each one.

Intelligence layer

Trained on your market, not imported from someone else's.

A scoring model built on a European or North American book does not transfer to a market where most applicants have no bureau file. Ours are trained per market, on the data that actually exists there.

What we read

National ID and biometric verification, telecom usage, mobile money and wallet behaviour, merchant and POS history, receivables, director and guarantor exposure, asset inspection with GPS and photo verification.

What it returns

Approve, restructure or decline. Restructure is the point: a thin file gets a reduced limit, a shorter tenor, a guarantor, security or a step-up line rather than a refusal.

Common questions

Before the technical workshop.

No. The integration fabric is built to sit alongside what you already run. Bank-in-a-Box integrates with an existing core, and most modernization programmes touch the experience and decisioning layers without changing the core ledger.
Where your regulator expects it. We deploy on-premise or into your own cloud tenancy, and run in-country hosting where local law requires it, including sovereign private cloud and local carrier-grade data centres. Cross-border transfer happens only on your instruction and where the supervisory authority permits it.
You are. Maly is a technology and operational services provider. We do not take deposits, do not lend, do not hold client money and do not make customer due diligence decisions. We configure the screening, limits, velocity rules and audit trails to your policy.
A full Bank-in-a-Box deployment runs under sixteen weeks. An onboarding transformation has been delivered in under eight. An enabler such as Maly Pay or group savings deploys in four to six weeks on rails that are already integrated.
Yes, and most institutions do. Every layer works standalone. The commercial model can start as a share of the upside, so the first module is proved on volume it creates rather than on a capital budget.
You take read access to all data throughout, and an exit package covering data extraction, documentation and transition support on termination.

Two hours with your architects. We map the integration surface, the data residency constraint and the shortest route to a live module.
